Information we collect
We collect information you submit through forms on this site (Will Kit request, quote request, contact form), call recordings via CallRail when you call our published numbers, and standard web analytics (page views, anonymized IP, device class) via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
- To deliver the Will Kit you requested and schedule any optional review.
- To respond to inquiries you initiate via form, email, or phone.
- With your explicit consent, to submit applications to insurance carriers on your behalf.
- To comply with regulatory requirements and our state insurance department record-keeping rules.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information to third-party lead aggregators. We do not share your contact information with anyone you haven't authorized us to share it with.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not require a cookie banner because it does not use cookies or fingerprinting to track you. If we add additional analytics later (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel), we will update this page and provide a cookie disclosure as required by your jurisdiction.
Call recording
Calls to and from numbers managed by CallRail may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Arizona is a one-party consent state for recording. If you would prefer your call not be recorded, please tell us at the start of the call and we will accommodate.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we have on you, request correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing dalis@dalissmith.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — we honor those rights for any visitor regardless of residence.
Data retention
We retain submitted lead information for as long as you remain an active client (or 7 years for closed accounts, per insurance regulatory requirements), then we securely delete it.
Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS via Cloudflare. Form submissions are validated and stored on Cloudflare's edge with encrypted transit. We follow industry best practices for protecting submitted information, but no system is 100% secure; please notify us immediately at dalis@dalissmith.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
